Cindy Strohm is an expert in human resources, having led numerous corporate initiatives in leadership and competency development, strategic planning, organizational resource planning, staffing and employee development.
During her 30-year career in high-growth companies across various industries, Cindy gained her expertise developing and deploying HR solutions to rapidly meet business needs. As a performance development manager at GE Capital, she mastered skills in leadership, facilitation and quality management. Cindy later became a human resource strategic partner for Transamerica, Aon and Sonova Holding Corporation, successfully implementing initiatives that directly impacted organizational growth and cultures.
Cindy graduated with honors and distinction from Drake University. During her career, Cindy has received training and certification in organizational development practices in Change Management (CAP), Quality Process Improvement (Six Sigma) at General Electric Corporation and Strategic HR Management at the University of Michigan.
Cindy has volunteered for many non-profit organizations such as Junior League, Infant Welfare, Special Olympics, Haiti Deaf Academy, Prancing Horse (Therapeutic Horsemanship) and Red Cross. She has also sat on the board for Central DuPage Hospital Hospice Organization and MidSouth Club Property Owners Association.
