Lee Rodriguez | Team Development Expert

Lee Rodriguez’s areas of expertise include business development, strategy development and high performing teams.  

For over 28 years at P&G, Lee lead sales and customer-facing supply chain organizations in the U.S., Latin America and Asia. He was also recognized as a leader in recruiting, retention, development and diversity. Lee led P&G’s Customer Logistics strategy in China, including 19 Chinese managers working with all trade channels. In addition to redesigning the organization, he installed systems, measures, and work processes that led P&G to best-in-class reliability and responsiveness. As Country Logistics Manager Peru, Ecuador & Bolivia, Lee led the entire supply chain and owned logistics innovation to include electronic data interchange, pallet implementation and redesign of the warehouse and transportation system that led to P&G voted #1 CPG Supplier by Customers. As P&G’s H-E-B Team Leader he led collaboration with H-E-B on piloting breakthrough industry innovation for both Efficient Consumer Response and Category Management, receiving the P&G Chairman’s Award in recognition. 

Lee is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and HBDI practitioner. Lee earned his BA and MA from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio and served eight years as a Regular Army officer.
