Brian has held roles of increasing responsibility for over three decades at three premier food companies. He has worked in multiple sales channels including retail (grocery, mass, e-commerce), foodservice and export. He has built and led high performance teams in sales, marketing, warehousing, logistics and R&D. As the head commercial executive, he led corporate and functional business planning processes. Brian has created growth and profitability through change management, team capability development and superior execution. He has led and been on teams that created multiple brands including Campbell’s Soup at Hand, Just Bare Chicken and Freak Flag Foods Organic Sauces. Over the years he has developed relationships with key customers at all levels. In 2017, he was honored with the Minnesota Grocers Association Outstanding Vendor Award.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, his Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and resides in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
