At Deloitte Consulting and BearingPoint, he led and serviced a variety of client engagements including enterprise and functional transformations, cost take-out initiatives, shared services and technology implementations, mergers and acquisitions, and business process redesigns.
Craig was manager of organizational design and change management for H-E-B, a $15 billion retailer based in Texas. In this role, he helped design and execute H-E-B’s World Greatest Merchants Program which empowered store-level managers with business intelligence data to design and implement unique merchandising plans. He also designed and established the company’s internal communication function and facilitated the development of a process-driven organizational design for stores.
Craig has worked with clients in a variety of industries including food, retail, distribution, life sciences, aerospace and defense, financial services, higher education and public services.
Craig received his BA from American University and his MBA from Cornell University. He is based in San Antonio.
