Kris Breuer is a seasoned global human resources executive with over 25 years of experience partnering with senior executives, board of directors and global business teams to develop and deliver strategic HR plans and programs. As a global CHRO, Kris is experienced in all HR disciplines with expertise in leading business transformation, integration and aligning global, cross-functional teams to enable breakthrough performance. Kris is a strong executive coach to CEOs and has a proven track record of building capability in the C-Suite and with leadership teams.
Kris has been a key driver of organizational change for companies such as Dollar Tree, Godiva Chocolatier, Dow Jones and Campbell Soup Company in addition to early experience in executive search. As Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Dollar Tree Inc., Kris led the integration and change management process for this $20B retailer following Dollar Tree’s acquisition of Family Dollar in 2015. At Godiva Chocolatier, Kris spearheaded efforts to create a global stand-alone business under new ownership. She partnered with the CEO to create the business strategy and global infrastructure while strengthening business operations to enter new categories, countries and channels.
Kris has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey and resides in the Medford, New Jersey area with her family.
