Her experience in product management, creative solutions and customer insights has enabled her to lead successful innovative projects from concept to market, navigate complex challenges and develop solutions to support client needs. She enjoys learning, collaborating and fostering great workplaces that make a difference in the community. As an HBDI Certified Practitioner, she offers coaching that positively impacts organizations, unlocks potential and drives performance. Lizzy received her business degree from the University of San Antonio and her MBA from IPADE Business School. She resides in San Antonio with her husband and two kids.
