Ignacio Sordo Galarza | Strategy & OGSM Consultant

With over 30 years of experience leading global digital strategies as well as experience working in five different continents, Ignacio focuses on strategy development and execution, process improvement, digital transformation, and shared services capabilities. He is well-travelled with capacity to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

Prior to joining ArchPoint, Ignacio served as  Commercial CIO, Digital Global Operations of P&G  where he was the catalyst P&G’s global integrated business data (POS, Loyalty and Basket, Market Share, Store and Shelf Virtualization, CatMan, etc.). For consecutive years he was named to HITEC 100 America’s Most Influential Hispanics in Information Technology.

Ignacio authored the book “The Uncomfortable CEO: Making Information Technology Overcome Business Uncertainty” and contributed to “Leading with Strategic Thinking: Driving Strategy through Structure and Process” offering expertise as a credible authority in an advisory and mentoring role to senior executives on gaining practical insights to cope with digital adoption challenges. Additionally, he founded the Hispanic Innovation Center Chicago Foundation to support and promote the strategic use of information technology that advances the academic relevance of young professionals in America.

Ignacio earned his BA from Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico and his MS (Artificial Intelligence) from Fundación A. Rosenblueth. Ignacio is based in San Antonio, Texas.
