Tom Tessmer | Data Insights Expert

Tom Tessmer brings almost 25 years of curiosity-driven thought leadership and data-based decision-making to ArchPoint. He has helped over 200 categories systematically identify and remove barriers to sales growth. 

Prior to joining ArchPoint, Tom spent those years serving the retail and CPG vendor community, starting his career with Procter & Gamble and going on to assist a range of companies—from billion-dollar brands to startups—as an advisor, consultant and occasional investor. Tom has authored over 200 articles on how to use better insight to make better decisions and how to avoid the mistakes that cause great ideas to fall short of their in-market potential.

Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison school of business. He is based in Northwest Arkansas near Walmart’s home office.
